2004 – The Genesis: Haluk Aslanturk, fueled by a passion for craftsmanship, initiated our journey into the world of residential renovation and general contracting. Together with his brothers, our focus has always been on delivering high-quality home renovations, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling in the historic districts of the nation’s capital.
2010 – Designing Experiences: Responding to the evolving needs of homeowners, we established a kitchen and bath gallery within a historic townhome on Pennsylvania Avenue, Capitol Hill. This marked the beginning of our venture into kitchen and bath design services. As authorized resellers of Wolf, Bertch, and Forevermark Cabinetry, we offer a curated selection of countertop options, ensuring each space reflects individual style.
2014 – Commercial Prowess: Recognizing the demand for excellence in commercial projects, our Commercial Projects Department was introduced. In the same year, we successfully completed our first multi-unit project, solidifying our reputation as the trusted builders and preferred choice of Washington D.C. real estate developers.
2015 – Culinary Transformation: Venturing into restaurant development, we acquired our first project at 1320 19th Street NW, transforming historic Mediterranean cuisine into a top-tier dining experience. Our expertise in design and build has been acknowledged by numerous restaurant owners within just a few years.
2016 – A Commitment to Agriculture: Beyond construction, our commitment extends to the land. In 2016, we acquired an 80-acre farm in Calvert County, Maryland, reflecting our dedication to agriculture and animal husbandry. Our goal is to not only improve livestock farming but also to support new farmers in realizing their dream ranch.
2018 – Global Perspectives: Recognizing the importance of global connectivity, our International Trade Department was introduced. We aim to facilitate nationwide access to Europe’s quality, affordable, and durable alternative construction materials.
